The RoHS Directive was implemented by the European Union as early as July 1, 2006, and the revised RoHS 2.0 Directive was published in the Official Journal of the European Union in June 2015, in which four toxic and hazardous substances (DIBP, DBP, BBP, and DEHP) were selected to be included in the list of restricted substances. Thermal Cracking Program Principles



        The core technology of the program is thermal cracking pre-treatment (used to replace the chemical pre-treatment), the cracker will instantly heat the solid sample, the o-benzene in the solid sample is cracked into a gas, which is sent to the chromatographic column by the carrier gas, and the o-benzene mixture is separated into individual components by the column, and then enters into the hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), and the concentration of the sample is converted into an electrical signal after gasification, which is captured by an amplifier and amplified, and is then collected and presented as a spectrogram through the chromatography workstation, and the content of the sample is calculated by the workstation through the size of peak areas of the spectrograms and the peak areas of the standard samples compared with the size of the peak areas of the standard samples.
