RoHS Hazardous Substances Testing Solution
RoHS1.0 Six Hazardous Substances Testing Programs
RoHS 1.0 Regulatory Sources
RoHS is a mandatory standard legislated by the European Union, and its full name is the Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. The standard has been formally implemented since July 1, 2006, and is mainly used to regulate the material and process standards of electrical and electronic products to make them more conducive to human health and environmental protection. The purpose of the standard is to eliminate lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) from electrical and electronic products, with a focus on cadmium, whose content cannot exceed 0.01%.
Response program
In order to help the majority of manufacturers to effectively respond to the RoHS1.0 directive, ICP Instruments has developed an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, Hs-510, which is specially designed to respond to the RoHS1.0 testing of six hazardous substances.
Products
Hs-510 is a RoHS tester independently developed and designed by ICP Instruments in combination with RoHS testing standards and customer needs, specifically for RoHS, halogen-free, EN71 and other environmental protection directives, which adopts imported customized Fast-SDD detector, greatly improving the detection range and accuracy, without the need for specimen, non-destructive, accurate and rapid detection of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers and other hazardous heavy metal substances, which is widely used in electronic product production, toys, hardware manufacturing, customs and quality inspection agencies and other fields.
RoHS2.0 Four Hazardous Substances Testing Solution
RoHS 2.0 Regulatory Sources
On June 4, 2015, the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ) issued RoHS2.0 Revision Directive (EU) 2015/863, which formally included DEHP, DBP, BBP, DIBP in the list of restricted substances in Appendix Ⅱ, so that there are a total of ten mandatory control substances in Appendix Ⅱ.
See the table below for details:
Response program
In order to help the majority of manufacturers to effectively respond to the RoHS2.0 directive, Tricore Instruments has developed a thermal desorber TP60-GC that is specialized in responding to the RoHS2.0 four hazardous substances testing.
Products
TP60-GC thermal cracking o-benzene analyzer is a testing instrument introduced by ICP Instruments for RoHS2.0 benzene four hazardous substances testing, control includes not limited to: large home appliances, small home appliances, information technology and communication equipment, power tools, toys and other equipment. For the traditional chemical methods, there are a series of problems such as: long time consuming pre-treatment, complicated instrument operation, high site requirements, low efficiency, high cost of post use, pollution, and so on. TP60-GC, the thermal cracking o-benzene analyzer of ICP Instruments, completely solves the above pain points, and brings an easy, efficient, economical and environmentally friendly RoHS2.0 solution to our customers.
